The Leisure Point
Resort marina is accessible by boat from both the Atlantic Ocean and the
Delaware Bay. Our resort borders Guinea Creek, a tributary of Herring
Creek that connects to the inland bays. The marina at Leisure Point
includes 319 boat slips which will accommodate crafts ranging in size
from small John boats to a 28 ft. V-Hull or Pontoon boat. The marina
features a beautiful two-tier deck that overlooks the waterways.
Boat slips may be rented
on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis by our seasonal campers, membership
campers, and the residents of our mobile home community. Leisure Point
also offers an excellent boat launching ramp which is available for the
use of our members and campers at no extra charge. Slip rentals are
available for as little as $17.00 per day. Seasonal rentals are $822.00
for a regular boat slip, $949.00 for a slip on the Point, $995.00 for a small lagoon boat slip,
and $1,055.00 for a large boat slip (2011 rates).
