Our mobile home
community in Leisure Point offers both year-round and summer residency
options in a privacy insuring, separate section of the resort. Our
residents enjoy the benefits of full access to all of the many
recreational amenities which our resort offers.
Our resort is
located in the Long Neck area ... the fastest growing community in
Sussex County. Long Neck has an elementary school, medical offices &
labs, many dining establishments, and a newly opened Siesta II Motel.
Increase your golf skills at the
Baywood Golf
Course and enjoy a great meal at their new clubhouse. Both are open
to the general public. Leisure Retail Center, a 2004 addition of retail
shops offer “Coffee Press Café”,
“Nana and Pops” Ice Cream / Water Ice, and
Rattle and Reel sporting center.
Stop by The Shoppes of Long Neck which has recently opened a brand new
“Cheer” senior citizens center, offering a variety of planned
activities. Relax and pamper yourself at the Tip Top Nails Salon II,
then grab a bite to eat at the Ocean Point Grille, or enjoy a fun filled
afternoon at the new miniature golf course just minutes away.
